Kilka ostatnich poniedziałkowych poranków Paddy umilał nam przybliżeniem przyjazdów Metalliki do Polski - cały podrozdział na temat tych wizyt znajdziecie tutaj. Poniżej podsumowanie koncertów w Polsce, przygotowane również przez Paddy'ego:




Metallica wystąpiła w Polsce w sumie osiem razy, w latach: 1987 - 2 koncerty, 1991, 1996, 1999, 2004, 2008 i 2010. Dwa koncerty odbywały się w ramach festiwali (1991 rok - Monsters Of Rock i 2010 rok - Sonisphere Festiwal), sześć koncertów promowało nowy album (2 koncerty z 1987 roku - Master Of Puppets, 1996 rok - Load, 1999 rok - Garage Inc., 2004 rok - St. Anger i rok 2010 - Death Magnetic), jeden koncert (w 2008 roku) odbył się w ramach wakacyjnej trasy.

Podczas tych wszystkich polskich koncertów Metallica zagrała 49 różnych utworów. Najdłuższa setlista była w 1996 roku (21 utworów), najkrótsza w 1991 (13). Na każdym koncercie zagrane były "Creeping Death" i "Master Of Puppets". Tylko na jednym z koncertów (w 2004 roku) zabrakło "For Whom The Bell Tolls". Utwory: "One" (premiera w 1988 roku) oraz "Enter Sandman" i "Sad But True" (premiera w 1991), począwszy od koncertu w 1991, grane były na wszystkich kolejnych koncertach. "Nothing Else Matters" po raz pierwszy był u nas zagrany w 1996 roku i od tej pory był częścią każdej setlisty. Pełne zestawienie przedstawia się następująco:
